Cardio Week! Day 1...Boxing, Chest, & Treadmill Hill Climbs!

 Cardio week is all about taking your cardiovascular endurance to a level where you can not only kill it in class in weeks 1-3, but also take on any sort of physical activity outside of RiPPEd and absolutely dominate it! You did awesome in weeks 1-3 with weights now it is time to unveil all that hard earned muscle and come one step closer to being RiPPEd!

Cardio Week! Day 4...Boxing and Treadmills

Hey RiPPEd clients, it is the last day of cardio week and so we are going to do just that! This combination of boxing and treadmills is unbelievable! Lets get to work and finish cardio week with a bang, you will be sweating out of every pore in your body with this one! I know you are tired and sore from this challenging week but these are the moments you have to decide if you are going to give in to that weakness or step up and hit it even harder then the first day. I can not wait!
