Cardio Week...Day 2!!! Boxing/Back/Biceps

Hey RiPPEd Clients, tomorrow in class we will be boxing like we never have before, working on our switches & turns! Be ready to throw about one million punches in less then 45 min.! This workout is designed to completely shred your back and biceps and take your boxing cardio to a new level...Be ready to throw down and do not get lazy on the bag or you know exactly what we will do....SPRINTS!!! We will be hitting to a whole new boxing music list, pump up that energy!!!

Cardio Week! Day 1....Chest/Triceps/Abdominals/Treadmills

Hey RiPPEd clients, cardio week is back!! Time to shred up all that muscle you have gained in the past three weeks with all your hard work! Cardio week is about taking your cardiovascular level to a whole new level, pushing your self beyond any point you have every reached working out, and to shred up your whole body but mostly your core! Make sure your supplementation is spot on this week, your going to need it!

Day 2....Boxing/Fatburn

Hey RiPPEd clients, day 2 we will be doing boxing, a lot of wind sprints, and fat burning exercises in between! The harder you work boxing the less sprints you will run, just remember it is cardio week so I have no problem running 16's for 60 min. straight! Please, please, please remember to hit your pre/post workout as I directed you to, I can not stress enough how important it is that you do!

Cardio Week!!! Day 1...Chest/Abdominals & Treadmills!!!

Hey RiPPEd clients, once again the long awaited cardio week is here!!! Day 1 we will be doing all sorts of chest exercises using only our own body weight, an extremely fast pace ab workout, and will be super setting both with treadmill sprints and body weight fat-burners! Remember this week is about taking your body to its limit so that we can increase both your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Be sure to not mess up on your pre/post workout, you have worked too hard for your lean muscle do not go and burn it off...we are trying to burn fat this week NOT muscle! Make sure you keep to your diet and get your rest this week, its going to be a crazy one!
